Tai Chi For Golf

 

Tai Chi for Golf is a programe of simple exercises and drills to help you improve your balance, maintain your flexibility and suppleness to enhance your golfing ability. Based on an ancient, oriental health form, the exercises will improve your posture, increase your striking power and help you control your mind and your temper, giving you a much more rounded and enjoyable game.

 

The sessions are 2 hours long and held on Saturday mornings at monthly intervals. All are welcome, including children. No experience of Tai Chi is required.
