Chi Kung (Qigong) is a very old system of movement and breathing which has been used in China since at least 2500 BC. First documented by The Yellow Emperor, who was famous for his morning exercises, Chi Kung was partly derived from watching animals stretching and moving slowly before they went about their daily lives.
There are several different forms or styles of Chi Kung. We teach a mixture of exercises from different systems in order to ensure we cover all the vital organs and body systems. Ba Duan Jin, Zhan Zhong, Wu Din Xi and Yi Jin Jing are some of the oldest styles that are still taught today to keep the mind and body healthy.
