Our goal is to share the health benefits of Tai Chi and Chi Kung with as many people as possible. Above all, we want to make sure that each individual's needs are met and that everyone enjoys the sessions. You can improve all aspects of your physical and mental well-being, whatever your age. We adapt our teaching to suit the needs of each group. You're never too old to take up this form of exercise, and it's fun too!
